Hey Kids, Let's Cook Cookbook Recipes - Series 2

HOMEMADE FRIES

2 large potatoes

2 Tablespoons of olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste



 


 

 

Directions:

1. Scrub the potato skins lightly with a vegetable scrub brush, and cold water.

2. Dry the potatoes thoroughly, and slice into ¼ inch thick pieces.

3. Lay on a baking sheet and brush both sides lightly with olive oil and

sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 15 minutes or until tender, lightly browned,

and edges are a little crispy. Serve with ketchup! Yum!
