German Style Breaded Pork Chops

(Makes 2 servings)

2 medium size pork chops
cup flour
pinch of salt and pepper
1 egg
cup bread crumbs

Directions:
1. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to the flour and toss together with a fork.
2. Crack the egg onto a large plate and whisk until blended.
3. Dip and coat both sides of the pork chops in the flour mixture.
4. Dip and coat both sides of the pork chops into the egg.
5. Dip and coat both sides of the pork chops into the bread crumbs.
6. Preheat a medium size frying pan and coat with olive oil.
7. Add the pork chops into the frying pan (you should hear a sizzle). Cook until meat is cooked through.
