Breakfast Sandwiches

1 large egg
1 slice Canadian bacon
1 slice of American processed cheese
1 teaspoon margarine
1 English muffin
salt and pepper

Directions:
1. Toast the English muffin until golden brown.
2. In a small fry pan melt the margarine, then add the egg.
3. Cook the egg until the egg white is set, about 1 minut, then flip.
4. Place the Canadian bacon in the fry pan to heat it through.
5. Cook the egg another 1-2 minutes, or until egg yolk is set.
6. Place the Canadian bacon on ½ of the English muffin, top with the cheese, then place the egg on top and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
7. Wait until you see the edges of the cheese melt and curl under, top with the other ½ of the English muffin. Yum!
