Cinnamon Rolls

3 1/3 cups baking mix
2/3 cup cold water
¼ cup light margarine
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup raisins

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In a medium size mixing bowl measure the baking mix, add the water and stir the dough with a wooden spoon until it forms into a dough ball.
3. Sprinkle a large cutting board with baking mix, and turn out the dough onto it
4. Knead the dough 10-12 times by using the palm of your right hand to push the dough down, and your left hand to keep the dough in place, (add small amounts of baking mix if the dough sticks to the cutting board or your hands).
5. With a rolling pin, roll the dough out into a rectangle about 8”x12”.
6. Spread the margarine out over the entire surface of the dough using a spatula.
7. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Using a spoon sprinkle over the dough.
8. Scatter the raisins over the dough evenly.
9. Roll up the Cinnamon Rolls starting on one of the widest sides, and pinch the other end to hold it in place.
10. Use a 12” piece of dental floss and cut into 10 equal Cinnamon Rolls.
11. Using non-stick spray, coat the inside of each section of a muffin Pan. Stand up each Cinnamon Roll into its own section.
12. Bake 9-10 minutes, until lightly brown.
