¼ cup low fat vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons light whipped topping
juice of 1 lime
assorted fruit; bananas, strawberries, kiwi, raspberries

Directions:
1. Roll the lime between the palm of your
hand and the cutting board for a few seconds.
2. Cut the lime in half and juice the lime.
3. Add the yogurt, whipped topping, and lime juice to a small mixing bowl,
and fold together gently.
4. Dip in your favorite fruit. Yum!
